It is not warranted to be error-free, uninterrupted or permanently available, nor to be compatible with every version of Warcraft III, every map version or every Windows environment.

• 從事違法、侵害他人權利或違反第三方服務條款的行為。Engage in unlawful activity, infringe others’ rights, or violate any third party’s terms of service.
• 濫用 Google API 或 Google Drive，包含規避配額、大量自動化請求，或以本工具存取非你本人帳號的資料。Abuse the Google APIs or Google Drive, including circumventing quotas, issuing bulk automated requests, or using the tool to access data in an account that is not your own.
• 竄改戰績資料以進行作弊、詐欺或誤導他人。Tamper with match-record data to cheat, defraud or mislead others.
• 對本工具進行破壞性逆向工程，或散布經修改而可能損害他人資料的版本。Reverse-engineer the tool destructively, or distribute modified builds that could damage other people’s data.

違反上述行為時，作者可停止對該使用情境提供支援。 If you breach the above, the author may stop providing support for that use.

4. 功能變更與停止服務4. Changes and discontinuation

基於安全、Google 或其他平台政策、技術限制或維護需求，作者可能修改、暫停或停止本工具的部分或全部功能，並可能因此影響既有備份流程。重大變更會盡可能於官方網站或官方 Facebook 公告。 For reasons of security, Google or other platform policies, technical limitations or maintenance, the author may modify, suspend or discontinue any or all of the tool’s functionality, which may affect existing backup workflows. Significant changes will be announced on the official website or the official Facebook page where practical.

Your relationship with Google is governed by Google’s own terms and policies. Changes to Google’s service availability, quotas or policies may affect the tool’s cloud functionality, which is outside the author’s control.

8. 責任限制8. Limitation of liability

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities; in those cases the limitations above apply only to the extent the law permits.
